1. No Cash Refund. Exchange, or Store Credit Only.

2. If Upon Opening Of Box And Found The Item Inside Damaged, Please Take A Picture, Place the Item Back

Into The Box And Notify Us Immediately.

• Exchange For Manufacture Defective Merchandise Must Be Made At Our Warehouse Within 30 Days From The Invoice Date

• Merchandise Must Be Returned With The Original Packing And Boxes, And Are Subjected To Inspection And Approval From Artisan Design Furniture

• If An Item Does Not Meet The Requirement For Return Policy, We Will Charge 30% Of The Total Invoice As Restocking Fee

• We Will Not Accept Previously Displayed, Used, Or Assembled Merchandise For Return

• Claims For Missing Parts Must Be Made Within 60 Days From The Invoice Date Otherwise
