Terms of service

  1. We Accept Cash, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer, Business Check, and Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover). The cards We Have On File Will Only Be Charged Upon Carrier Pickup.

    • For New Accounts: Cash Only For The First 6 Orders. No Exceptions.

    • For Out Of State Accounts: All Orders And Costs Must Be Paid In Full Prior To Pick Up. For

      Freight Cost, You Are Required To Have Your Credit Card On File With Artisan Design Furniture. Please Send Us Your Credit Card Information Through The Credit Card Authorization Form.

  2. Returned Check And Restocking Fee

    • All Returned Checks Are Subject To a $55 Fee (Per Returned Check)

    • There Is A 30% Restocking Fee Of The Total Order In The Event When An Item Has Been

      Assembled And That 30 Days Have Passed Since The Original Purchase Or Original Packaging Has Been Lost.

  3. No Cash Refund, Exchange, or Credit Only.

  4. If Upon Opening Of Box And Found The Item Inside Damaged, Please Take A Picture, Place the Item Back

Into The Box And Notify Us Immediately.

  • Exchange For Manufacture Defective Merchandise Must Be Made At Our Warehouse Within 30 Days From The Invoice Date

  • Merchandise Must Be Returned With The Original Packing And Boxes, And Are Subjected To Inspection And Approval From Artisan Design Furniture

  • If An Item Does Not Meet The Requirement For Return Policy, We Will Charge 30% Of The Total Invoice As Restocking Fee

  • We Will Not Accept Previously Displayed, Used, Or Assembled Merchandise For Return

  • Claims For Missing Parts Must Be Made Within 60 Days From The Invoice Date Otherwise

    There Will Be No Service Agreement. No Exceptions.
